J.Stone and Sons was founded in 1831 and 'Stone' have been involved in the design and manufacture of propellers since propellers were first used in marine vessels .

In recent years, Stone Marine Singapore has specialised in the design and manufacture of high performance propellers for military and civilian applications where maximum speed with minimum noise and vibration have been demanded by the customers.

These sometimes conflicting requirements, have required the development of sophisticated propeller designs and adherence to demanding manufacturing tolerances and quality.
